Book Arts
Book Arts was the class that fully enveloped me into Print Making as an art form. It is generally put under printmaking due to the historical ties with the printing press. I’ve always been a book worm, so being able to create my own is exhilarating and making sure all the measurements line up and bending the structures into working is oh so satisfying.

This box was the first that I made with the step join technique. Figuring out the math to get the box to fit around the books was so fun and since this box, I’ve become obsessed with learning different archival box techniques.
